PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDIES OF THE NATURAL WORLD

These works explore the perfection of organic patterns, the dynamicism of living colors, and the perceptual shifts that occur when viewing nature through an experimental lens. I achieve these abstractions naturally by capturing unique reflections of light, or the unexpected forms that light and color combine to create when photographed with macro and super-macro lenses. I create these abstractions manually by photographing through pieces of glass, crystal, and a variety of colored lenses.
